General Information
- All parties offer unlimited playground time after your room time has concluded.
- Socks are required in all play areas.
- All parties are by reservation only.
- You may provide a cake with any reservation, but no other outside food or drink is permitted.
- We reserve the right to remove any guest who does not abide by the rules.

Will I receive help with my party?
With a Party Package, a dedicated party host will assist you for two hours, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The Friday Fun Night Party and Playground Party are self-directed but include all the essentials for a great time.
Can I bring in the cake without booking a party?
No, a party room reservation is required to bring in and serve cake. However, you’re welcome to visit for playtime and enjoy food from Tony’s Pizzeria as part of your home celebration.
Does Jump & Jack’s offer private parties?
Yes, with a Large or Medium Party Package, you’ll have private access to Jump’s Inflatable Play Yard for 30 minutes and a private party room. Jack’s Playground remains open to all guests.
What ages are your parties designed for?
Our Large and Medium Party Packages are best for children ages 3 to 11 due to supervision needs and height restrictions. Some inflatables require a minimum height of 34” to 36” and a maximum of 60”.
The Friday Fun Night Party includes activities suitable for crawlers through age 11.
How long does a party last?
Most parties last two hours, with additional unlimited playtime in Jack’s Playground. Parents may stay longer after the scheduled party time.
How does Unlimited Play work with Jack’s Playground?
After the party room celebration, guests can enjoy unlimited playtime. However, party hosts do not supervise beyond the scheduled two-hour timeframe.
How many guests can I invite?
- Large Party Room – Seats up to 30 guests
- Medium Party Room – Seats up to 18 guests
If you expect more than 20 guests, we recommend booking the large party room for added comfort. Additional seating may be available in the public dining area.
When do I need to provide a final headcount?
We will take a headcount on the day of your party. Please contact us in advance if you have any changes or special requests.
Can I bring my own decorations or a piñata?
Yes, but no confetti or piñatas (except pull-string types). Avoid crafts or decorations that may damage walls or tables.
Can I bring my food to the party?
Guests may bring birthday cakes only with a party reservation. Outside food or snacks are not allowed unless accommodating a specific allergy. Ice cream and frozen cakes cannot be stored on-site.
When should I place my food order?
Food and drink orders will be taken when you arrive. We will also email you an order form before your party.
Can I cancel or reschedule my party?
- One-time rescheduling is allowed in emergencies.
- A second reschedule requires a $75 deposit.
- Rescheduling within five days of the event incurs a $35 fee.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
